Lreanural "Lee" Okawaiwailana Ventura Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

Lreanural “Lee” Okawaiwailana Ventura, 64, was called home to be with our heavenly father, Saturday, January 15th, 2022, while at home with her family by her side. Lee was born July 5th, 1957, in Honolulu, Hawaii to Anthony and Anna Ventura, she was the 4th of seven children. Lee worked at Borthwick Mortuary then she retired with the Light Bulb Source after 26 yrs. Lee is survived by her companion Galdeen L. Viernes of 40 yrs. Her daughters Samannette P. Ventura, Destiny N. Ventura, Lahaina L. Solatorio, Angel K. Na’o (Anthony) and her son Christopher Dean K.K. Ventura (April). Her brother, Leerom K. Ventura (wife Jeanah), her sisters Antonette L. Campbell and Jarline O. Barela. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Lee will be remembered for the love of her family, spending quality time with them, especially during the holiday seasons and she also enjoyed BBQs at the beach with her family. She loved her kids and spoiled her grandchildren with lots of love, hugs and kisses and her love for dogs were unconditional. She loved music, Hawaiian and oldies but goodies and playing her ukulele. She also enjoyed watching Merrie Monarch faithfully every year. There will be a celebration of life for our beloved Lee on Saturday April 30th, 2022, at Kaiona Beach Park in Waimanalo from 12-5PM. Lunch will be served from 1:00-2:30. Pupu’s will be provided throughout the day, celebration, and drinks to follow. B.Y.O.B. Be responsible.
