Valentine K Kanehailua Born July 15, 1958 age 62 of Nanakuli Beach, HI passed on May 15, 2021 at 12:10 p.m. at Queens West Hospital. Valentine “Val” Kanehailua was the case management and recreation Supervisor for 26 years at OCCC. Valentine “Val” Kanehailua was a dedicated surfer throughout his life and when not surfing he was spending time with his wife, family, and friends. Valentine “Val” Kanehailua is survived by his wife Jill Kanehailua, his son Valentine “ Kaimi” Kanehailua, daughter-in-law Alexandra Kanehailua, grandchildren Adam Kanehailua, Ava Kanehailua, his daughter Kanani Mclean, and son-in-law Prince Mclean. Paddle out services for Valentine “Val” Kanehailua will be held at White Plains Beach on May 30th, 2021 at 8:30 a.m. followed by a Celebration of Life from 2:00 p.m. until Sunset at Nanakuli Beach. Val was a kind, patient, loving, and amazing man. Val was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and friend. He has touched so many lives and his love will continue to live on through his family and friends. We love you Val! Thank you for the gift that you were to our lives.
