Waltraud Rosa Felder Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

Waltraud Felder died Tuesday July 20, 2021 of natural causes at the age of 84 in Honolulu Hawaii with loved ones by her side. Mrs. Felder was born Waltraud Rosa Hess August 21, 1936 in Mannheim, Germany, to parents Karl and Elise Hess. She came to California in 1959. She married the love of her life, Walter Felder, in 1985. She worked for the Pearce Family as their nanny and housekeeper for nearly 40 years. They were a second family to her. She moved to Hawaii in 2018, following the passing of her son, to live with and be cared for by her grand daughter. Mrs. Felder belonged to the Elks Club in California for many years, where she enjoyed playing bingo. She also enjoyed crocheting/knitting afghans, doing puzzles, going to Las Vegas with friends and spending time with family. She is survived by two of her sons, Karlheinz and Ricardo, 8 grand children, Karl, Vakisha, Adrienne, Porsha, Patrice, Taylor, Amy and Erin, 12 great grand children, 1 great great grand child, 2 nieces and a cousin. She is preceded in death by her parents; Karl and Elise, husband; Walter, sister; Maria and son; Morris. A Celebration of Life will be hosted on July 24th at 2pm at a loved one’s home.
